Seeing AIS-HELP.COM on your card statement?
That charge is from Automated Income Sites.
Automated Income Sites is a hosted-website service operated by Mediadealer LLC in Salem, Oregon. This is our customer support site. From here you can log in to your account, get help with a charge, or ask us about a refund — no call to your bank needed.
What the charge was for
We build and host ready-made websites for our customers. Every purchase is a one-time payment — there is no subscription and nothing renews. A charge from us will be one of these:
- your website package, the main purchase made on the order form;
- an optional add-on you ticked on the same order form;
- an optional upgrade offered right after checkout.
Two or three lines on the same day are usually the package plus an add-on or upgrade you chose, not a duplicate charge. Your receipt email lists each one.
A declined attempt can show as a temporary pending line. That money was never taken, and the line drops off on its own within a few business days.

Before you dispute the charge with your bank
A chargeback takes weeks to resolve, and while it is open your account and any websites on it are suspended. Contacting us directly is faster: every message gets a reply, and refund requests are handled by our team, not by a form letter.
Send us a message below, or call (503) 400-3295.

Use the email you bought with if you know it. If you don’t, any email is fine — include the amount and date from your statement and we’ll find the order.
Short answers
- Why does my statement say AIS-HELP.COM instead of the company name?
- A card statement only has room for a short name. We use our support address so that anyone who doesn’t recognise the charge lands here, where the help is, instead of on a search engine.
- Will I be charged again?
- No. Purchases are one-time. We never charge a card without you choosing something on a page and confirming it.
- Someone else in my household may have bought this.
- That happens often. Send us the amount and date and we’ll tell you the name and email the order was placed under.
